| Job Description: Head Housekeeper has overall responsibility for the operation and administration of an institution housekeeping program and the supervision and training of staff in the cleaning and care of a facility. You may also be in charge of planning work schedules, preparing your department's budget, writing reports, maintaining inventories. Additionally, you would maintain a building inspector's program to ensure cleaning activities are carried out at a satisfactory level. |

| Position: General Manager |
| Job Description: Responsible for the overall operation and financial reporting of the hotel.
Developes the annual budget and sales & marketing plan, and ensures the attainment of the budgets for all departments. Monitors operating expenses for all departments and audits/summarizes the month end financial statements.
Monitors and ensures compliance with the respective franchisee affiliations and management company standards.
Maintains the highest of standards in Guest Satisfaction and meets or exceeds the franchise standards. Internally, maintains a positive and productive environment for the employees with open communication.
Monitors compliance with the annually established room rate plans. Conducts rate surveys of competitive hotels and monitors program for competitive analysis and price-value assesment. Ensures that an effective sales and marketing plan is being adhered to and is flexiable as needed.
Conducts weekly staff meetings, room inspections, and quarterly department audits. Keeps open lines of communication and coordinations to achieve mutual goals. |
